WinRAR 3.30 beta 4

Промените в тази нова бета са:
- Fixed a bug in GZIP module. Previous beta versions could report CRC errors, when testing correct GZIP archives
- Switch -st renamed to -si to avoid conflicts with RAR 2.50 -std switch. Though -std is obsolete, some software may still use it to call RAR
- WinRAR shell extension could create SFX archives with double ".exe.exe" extension
